The Start
Since 1969, Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. has been the key pioneer in the Poultry Industry producing and supplying quality fresh halal products locally. With aspiring Mission, Vision and Principles, Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. functions as an operation that umbrella over its five subsidiary companies, correlatively aligning aspiration of from Farm-To-Plate.

Established as Brunei Darussalam’s first commercial automated poultry processing and egg grading plant, Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. progressed to be a large-scale commercial egg and chicken meat production operation. With the commitment to provide standard quality products for the mass demand throughout the Sultanate, Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. avail on up-to-date fully equipped technology to improve the egg grading capacity with logo printing, and cooperatively with an automated poultry slaughtering and weighing system.
Automatic Egg Grading Plant
The 1st egg grading plant established in Brunei Darussalam on 2nd October 2000. It has a grading capacity of 30,000 eggs per hour using food-grade inkjet logo printing. The egg grades are defined by its weight in grams. The grades are as follows:
Jumbo: 77g- Above. A: 63-69g, B: 56-62g, and C: 49-55g.

Having trusted well certified and trained employees, Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd.’s fresh chicken products has been officially accredited by Halal Logo from Majlis Ugama Islam Brunei (MUIB) since 2000, Veterinary inspection Logo from Department of Agriculture & Agrifood since 2004, and recently in 2020, was accredited Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Point (HACCP) and International Organizational for Standardization (ISO) 22000:2005 logo certification from Bureau Veritas (BV) under Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) Standard Consultancy Program.
Ideal Hatchery (B) Sdn. Bhd.
Established in 1995, Ideal Hatchery (B) Sdn. Bhd. is a facility used for our Broiler Breeder chicken which are specifically bred and raised for good quality day old chick (DOC) production. The hatchery functions to supply proper incubating process to its correlating subsidiaries; Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd., to which has now expanded its DOC supply to other local poultry farms.

Ideal Hatchery (B) Sdn. Bhd. attains to its vision of providing quality hatching eggs to its subsidiary by strategically improving its infrastructures and automated systems facilities. Further embedding the vision of supporting local start-ups and the agriculture industry as a whole throughout the Sultanate, we accord in sharing our platform and service by provisioning broiler DOC to the local Industry.

Ideal Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1996 with intent to attain the vision of Farm-To-Plate. With over six subsidiaries correlating to each other in the framework, the Ideal Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. stands in as the final process of the cycle to meet direct consumption directly to its audience. Since then, Ideal Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. has successfully expanded its processed poultry production whilst at the same rate, establishing a casual dining setting restaurant.
Ideal Café & Grill
In 1997, Ideal Café & Grill was launched as a local casual dining chain to achieve the farm-to-plate vision. Ideal Café & Grill intended to offer a whole new dining experience for families and local consumers by providing a safe environment signifying strong family core values. When the doors were opened for the first time, the Ideal Café & Grill was remembered to have the best served grilled chicken which then was trademarked as ‘The Home of the Tastiest “Farm Fresh” Grilled Local Chicken’. Their traditional memory lives until today. From there, the Ideal Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. acknowledged the opportunity to expand its products based on the increase of consumer demands.

First established in 1977 and was previously known as Rato Kilang Makanan Haiwan Sdn Bhd, Ideal Feed Mills Sdn. Bhd. was registered with the new name in 2013. The activity consist of mass poultry feed production; commissioning to Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. and Ideal Hatchery (B) Sdn. Bhd.’s poultry production. Feed is prominently part of the essential characters towards the poultry industry as a whole. With the intent to attain standard poultry growth, consistent egg production and quality poultries, Ideal Feed Mill Sdn. Bhd. successfully concretes as an ever growing local poultry feed production for other poultry farmers.

Ideal Pharma & Constructions Sdn. Bhd.
First established in 1984 and was previously known as Raya Bersama Sdn Bhd, Ideal Pharma & Constructions Sdn. Bhd. was registered with the new name in 2013. Ideal Pharma & Constructions Sdn. Bhd. diversed out into Importation and Supply of approved chemical usage listings (from The Department of Pharmacy Services, Ministry of Health, Brunei Darussalam), to Ideal Multifeed Farm (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd., Ideal Hatchery (B) Sdn. Bhd. and other local poultry farms. We apply and implement the monitoring procedure in poultry’s health, with the lead from our experienced Doctor Vet. As well as internally providing construction and maintenance services for our poultry houses.
Poultry Health
To attain the good health of our Breeder, Layer and Broiler chicken, we incorporate the use of Biocheck-ELISA Laboratory diagnosis and practices correlating to evaluating and monitoring poultry diseases, as well as a feed laboratory in correlation to supervising the quality of raw materials used for feed and the finished feed.
