Driver/Deliveryman
General Duties
- Provide accurate and timely product delivery to clients or customers.
- Loading and unloading of respective company products.
- Handle paperwork related to the delivery such as giving out invoices and delivery orders.
- Making sure all customers receive their orders promptly, efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
• Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license (Class 4 and above will be an added advantage).

Processing Crew
General Duties
- Responsible for handling general duties and processing operations which includes storage, inventory and cleaning
- Handle in-store logistics
- Coordinate with labor crew members
- Any other duties that are assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor

Sales Manager
General Duties
- Prepares a monthly forecast for Meat Shop and take corrective actions to meet the target
- Analyse gross profit by product, variance report, product performance, inventory report, etc, related to store operations
- Ensures that store adheres to the highest food quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Ensures that Meat Shop daily purchases are checked and promptly delivered to each branch, implement control measures
- Coordinate with the suppliers and ensure that freshness and availability are highly prioritized
- Work hand in hand with the Quality Assurance Team and the Food Safety Team in addressing and fulfilling the requirements of the FSMS

Assistant Operation Manager
General Duties
- Drawing up a production schedule
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- Establish and maintain stock inventory management system, and provide reconciled stock reports
- Responsibility for the timely and effective movement of goods to/from venues/sites, determining transport requirements and organize distribution plans
- Responsibility for deployment/daily use, security and servicing, fuel and spare/tools storage, use of project and office vehicle fleet within own location and oversight of whole programme fleet
- Ensure that staffs are familiar with vehicle features and their correct usage. Conduct or arrange additional training where necessary on safety skills
- Work hand in hand with the Quality Assurance Team and the Food Safety Team in addressing and fulfilling the requirements of the FSMS

General Duties
- Provide technical advice and support on all logistics matters
- Define vehicle fleet needs, develop vehicle usage plans and operating/capital cost budgeting
- Responsibility for deployment/daily use, security and servicing, fuel and spare/tools storage, use
of project and office vehicle fleet within own location and oversight of whole programme fleet - Ensure that staffs are familiar with vehicle features and their correct usage. Conduct or arrange additional training where necessary on safety skills
- Ensure all vehicles are cleared correctly with full documentation and appropriate registered
permits and insurance that meets the government and legal requirements - Ensure that all authorised Sales Delivery Drivers meet the standard, have an up-to-date license and are medically fit to drive

- Inspects items, as to quality and quantity
- Package and send our completed orders to customers
- Obtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display units or computers
- Count and record the number of items in store during stock-take
- Help keep the work area sanitary, clean and tidy
